Mediation or Trial? You Decide.
Trials are long (several days, or more), expensive, open to the public, and nerve-racking. At the end of a trial, the decision is made FOR the parties by a jury of six strangers.
In contrast, Mediations are relatively brief (a few hours), inexpensive, confidential, and informal. At the end of a Mediation, the decision is made BY the parties.
